today just went to CHC for skin care & grooming lession! looks like i was the oldest learner there...

in skin care lesson, i just learn a bit nia, coz most of the time she was doing skin checking (lucky i din being chosen for checking if not the result wil chase ppl away >< ) btw i stil can share a little that i learned:
- do not use tower to clean your face after wash.
- use tonner to remove makeup.
- use moiseriser only once per day.
- scrap face only once a week to remove dead cells.
- put mask if necessary but encourage to.
the one below makes me feel a bit proud^^ :
- oily face make your skin wont age so fast, dry skin age very fast
- sunglasses can protect the skin around ur eyes coz that part is the most sensitive.
- sunlight can cause pigmentation, if serious hv to do laser treatment.
what upset me was:
- skin care hard to be done when u reach age of 20 & above. thats all i learned from skin care lesson, just a bit nia ><

and now this is the most interesting one! Grooming

here's what i drooped down in my note today:

want to catch up lustiest fashion? wan to buy cloths? here is wat u can do:

1st, identify your shape! there are 4 type of shape, i wish to draw out but dunno how,

1. Ruler shape (like all straight no curve)
2. V shape (like muscle guy, upper part bigger than lower part)
3. hourglass shape (like pretty women who hv beautiful curve)
4. vase shape (bottom larger than above)

remember this 4 type of shape coz i wil touch bout ti later.

next is the colour. c what kind of skin colour u r in:
1. winter - suitable for white or black cloth
2. spring - suitable for bright colour cloth
3. autumn - suitable for dark or oldor dull colour cloth
4. summer - suitable for super bright or flowery or beach or colourful cloth

hard to explain here how to c wat skin type u r in, i wil explain when we can meet.

now i wil explain the meaning of colour of cloth, this is interesting:

orange cloth - encourage, happy, successful
yellow cloth - feel the energy
green cloth - calm, harmony, fresh, healthy
blue cloth - smoothing, calm
purple cloth - royal, power, status
white cloth - innocent, pure (if a drop of colour fall on cloth will become not nice, be careful!)
black cloth - power, authority ( like business suit)

and now, talk bout budget, of course to best time is when this 4 letters word appear - SALE & %

still remember just now the 4 type of shape? now lets c what Pastor said:

- jacket makes shoulder looks better, so bottom can be anything u like(not underwear or naked)
- for girl that is not high(feel sorry to say short):
- don't waer long skirt
- don't wear jeans, wiil make you looks 70s or 80s
- suitable wearing shorts or short skirt

- for yellow skin ppl (asians like us)
- choose warm colour cloth
- not draggy colour cloth
- avoid wearing black cloth (i also dunno why)
- also don't wear dark blue colour

- choose type of cloth that's away from own body shape. (shape no.3 no need follow this)
- for shape no.1, do layering (will explain to if u dunno)
- for shape no.2, avoid layering or else will be laugh by ppl
- no.2 should wear tight shirt (of course to show ur body)
- no.3 should wear minimal, and don't layering
- for those feel body curve nicelike no.3, never wear baggy cloth!
- as mentioned above, no.3 should wear suitable size
- no.2 should buy cloth thats 1 size bigger
- no.1 buy should buy 1.5 size bigger
- no.4 don't wear tight jeans (or u will ruin urself, many no.4 like to fit tight jeans)
- no. 1 and no.3 suitable to wear hip hop cloth (something call puddies, dunno right or not)
- no.4 should never wear puddies
- girls ah, like to buy thing that never last long, they always pray that thing faster break, so that can buy new one.
- guy best accessory is watch
- whats important is not the brand of cloth, is how u choose , and how u show yourself, the way u walk.
- guy need perfume if necessary ONLY

thats all that i can remember, i know it might be boring, but hope u enjoy it :)
